Over the years cow skin popularly known as ponmo has become an important delicacy that is eaten by everyone in Africa, most expecially Nigerians. When you order a plate of eba and egusi soup, you buy ponmo and meat.
Ponmo is one of the popular meat in Nigeria and many people believed that Ponmo contains some protein that helps the body to grow but the truth is that it did not contain any nutrients.
Ponmo is absolutely useless. It contains 0% Carbohydrates, 0% protein, 0% fat. It contains 0% nutrients.
So why eating it?
